A service provider is a firm that operates solely as a legal entity and offers additional services such as consultancy, legal, or audit support to companies and investors in the Private Market.

Service providers may only be legal entities. Membership to the platform is achieved through the acceptance of an application by the Private Market Management.

1) For individuals: Copy of national identity card or Turkish Republic identity card 2) For legal entities: Trade registry record showing the establishment and articles of association 3) For individuals and legal entities: Registration with the relevant professional chamber 4) Private Market Membership Agreement (Membership agreement is electronically approved by the user during the application process on the website.) 5) Signed Private Market Membership Agreement and signature circular for legal entities (These must also be sent by mail or delivered in person.)
