Intermediaries, acting as agents, have the right, authority, and obligation to conduct transactions in the Private Market on behalf of and on behalf of their client companies and investors. Applications for brokerage are submitted electronically through the relevant page of the Private Market platform.
To apply for membership in this category, the company must have been established for at least 6 months and no more than 5 years.
1) Trade registry showing the establishment and articles of association,
2) Notarized copy of the relevant pages of the shareholder book, indicating the updated shareholder structure of the company
3) Private Market membership agreement (Membership agreement is approved electronically by the user during the application on the website),
4) For companies located abroad, translated and approved documents showing that they are established abroad, their partnership and shareholding structure (If they cannot provide the required documents listed above, they can apply with other supported documents showing that they are a non-public company established abroad. The validity of these documents for the application is evaluated by the Private Market Management)
5) Business plan and pitch deck including cash flow projection, if any, patents, etc. and simplified financial statements including net sales and owners’ equity, brief information about the company including the business and company executives.
